SLEEPOVER!

Hayden, Adrian and I had a sleepover in the living room the other night!
It was TONS of fun!
Adrian brought our mattress into the living, made the bed, went to go buy snacks and had a blast!
We watched a movie, Hayden chose! Of course he would choose Thomas the train! He lasted maybe ten mintues before he was sleeping!

The night went good for Hayden, he slept through the whole night. Adrian and I is a different story! Hayden decided to sleep with his feet up aganist my spine, then he decided to sleep with his head on my head! So, needless to say we didn't really sleep. But we still had a blast!
Now, that we know he will sleep the whole night, we will be sleeping under our Christmas tree this year!

Halloween Project!

I have never really been into Halloween until Hayden was born!
I love the thought of dressing him up ( last year he went as spiderman), and trick or treating, then seeing the sheer joy on his face when he FINALLY gets to have a sucker!

I cannot wait for this year, because I think he will know what is going on more!
We are trying to find him a costume that is STAR WARS related! :)

So, I kinda want to decorate the house in FRIENDLY halloween things!
I love having loads of kids come to the door begging for candy! I think that it is also a very good community builder and it helps you get to know your neighbors more! I am hoping that if we decorate more, that it will attract more trick or treaters!

My first project was this...

I think it turned out pretty good!
And it was fun to make, and Hayden LOVES it!

Now to scour Pinterest for more DIY Halloween Decor!
