The Plett Happenings!

Like I said in my last post, we have been VERY busy! So, here a little update to what we have been up to!

I finally got to go to the Hunger Games! It was amazing!! I loved it and I was NOT disappointed at all! I thought they did a very good job, and the actors were perfect for the roles that they were choosen for! I was suppose to go with my Auntie and cousin for her Birthday but she got sick (which was super sad, since she is a real life Katniss :)) Honestly, she is amazing, she can hunt like no body's buisness! I admire her and am very proud to call her my cousin! So, in the end it was just my mom, auntie and I! And, honestly I had a blast! It was good to get out of the house with no Hayden,( as much as I love him, sometimes I need a break) and do my own thing. I think that all mom's need that, just an hour or four just to themselves, or to hang out with friends!
I loved the movie and cannot wait to go see it again, or when it comes out on DVD to buy it!
For those who have seen the movie or even better read the books, would understand the following pictures:

I laughed when I saw this because I was outside watering flowers one evening and this thing came buzzing by my head and first thought was Tracker Jacker, turned out it was just a wasp! :)
Still Scary!

In other news, we also finished our deck!! Well, okay not TOTALLY finished, we need to do the railing yet, but other then that we are done! It looks so good, Adrian did an awesome job! I love it! I cannot wait till the railing is up, so we can spend more time on it as a family. Hayden always walks to the edge and scares the crap outta me!
We had our first supper out there the other day, and it was fun, and super nice outside!

Hayden enjoying his bun!

We have also been doing lots of yard work like landscaping, and cleaning up all the dead branches and leaves from last year! The yard is FINALLY starting to look more cleaned up, we are NOT nearly done, but it is starting to feel like we are actually putting a dent in it!

Hayden has been a very busy boy now that he is walking! He has been getting into everything like the TV! So, we have finally decided to mount our tv on the wall and get a "tv stand" that will make it harder for him to reach the things and press buttons and reset everything, so frustrating! We have about 5 unessacary time outs a day because of the TV, Wii, and satelite, so we bit the bullet and bought some stuff to make our life a little easier! Besides, we will have more kids and probably run into the same problems that we are having now!

And that is what is happening in our lives, walking, talking, time outs, landscaping, church, and enoying each other! Life is CRAZY but SO good!
