My Body: This week has been alot better then last week! My only complaint is sore hips and ribs! Other then that this week has been good! We have been really busy with prepping the nursery and tonight we moved the crib into the baby's room and set up Hayden's "real" big bed!! So, far he has only gotten up twice! Hopefully tonight will be a sleepful night! *CROSS FINGERS*. Anyways, I think the reason I haven't been feeling "pregnant" is because we have been really busy and I haven't had time to think of it!
Cravings: Chips! Another unhealthy craving, with Hayden I only had healthy cravings! Popscicles! SO yummy, if I would let myself go I could eat a whole box of 24! Even writing about them is making my mouth water!
Movement: Lots and lots of movement still! I have noticed now that its more during the day, and the nights are usually quiet! Which I am thankful for, because in the beginning it was all night time moving! Hopefully that means this baby will know when night is night and day is day! *fingers crossed again!*
The Inside Story: The baby's weight is going to double in the next four weeks! I really hope mine doesn't, so far I have only gained about 7-10 pounds, that was according to my last appointment which was a month ago. The baby's skin is reddish in color because of the deveolping red vessels. The skin also hangs loosely from the body.
17 weeks and 3 days to go!
We have another ultrasound on next Friday to see if the bladder is there and if it is not there then where the heck is it? I am trying not to worry and trying hard not to think about it! Keep the little babe in your prayers! And pray that God will prepare us for what is to come if something is wrong, I don't know if I will be able to handle it if something is wrong.
Hayden is starting to sorta understand that there is going to be a baby in the house soon! He has this pet lion that he got when he was born from my uncle Bernie and auntie Joanne, and he treats it like a baby! He wraps it in blankets, sleeps with it, takes it with him when he has to go "peepee", and with my help we put diapers on the baby! SO CUTE, and makes me so proud! He is going to be a wonderful, caring, loving BIG brother!
